At first she was good but as with the natural stylist I have experienced the customer service fell off. She cancelled my appointment twice after it was booked because she said it was “doubled booked” thru her website that she controls. Then when she agreed to take me it was for the service of her choosing. The shop is dirty. And she set my hair on fire and never addressed it. I booked quicker service because I don’t like sitting for long periods of time and always tipped. I believe that was the real issue ( my services were cheaper so she took the higher paying service). Because when I mixed my daughter’s appointment up she gladly made time for it because she was getting $ 180 braids. If you don’t want to do the cheaper services then take them off your website. This occurred about 8 or nin

I've been coming to this lady for almost two years and I always have a great look each time. She is always willing to work around your schedule. Don't get me wrong, we are all human and life does happen but my overall experiences since coming here has not been matched. So go on her website and support her 👏 ❤️

She did an amazing job on my grand daughter hair. She works really fast. Most important she was on time. Her shop is really beautiful .
