Staff is always welcoming. Ashley is very good with knowing what your hair can do to make your style easy to care for. She always makes every client feel special. Wonderful Salon decor and great products available. I have been going to this Salon for at least 20 years or more. I won't ever switch.

I had been recommended a stylist who had good reviews from peers to do a root touch-up for my hair for my college graduation. I had reached out twice, through text and a phone call, and never received a response back from said stylist or the salon itself. I am very disappointed in the customer service provided considering I had waited so long for a response back it resulted in me being unable to find anywhere that could do this for me and ended up being pretty unpresentable for my college graduation. I understand a lot of stylists may have been busy with graduation, but so find it super unprofessional and I could not receive any sort of response back at all regarding availability while I watched my peers book with the same stylist the same way and receive replies way after I had reached ou

This is Stacey DeBoer (not K.C) We are new to the community and having to find a new hairstylist is always hard. Alyssa made the transition so easy. She is very friendly and accommodating and always does such a great job with my hair. It’s a nice atmosphere and I am looking forward to trying some of the other services they offer as well. Laura was outstanding for my bridal hair!! She is incredibly sweet and warm, and we even discovered our grandfathers used to work together! My hair was PERFECT, made me feel gorgeous, and stayed in place all evening without looking cemented to my head—it was the perfect blend of hold and natural movement! And she was incredibly accommodating considering I live 2.5 hours from Jefferson City, and helped make my wedding day magical.
