LOFT42

Upon scheduling my eyelash extension (full set) appt. with Arika, I received an email that it was confirmed, for Wednesday on 12.28.22. I did not receive any further information prior to the appointment. I arrived to Loft 42 a few minutes late due to my GPS taking me behind the building. I called the salon to inform them that I was almost there. Nikki, the salon owner, alleviated my concern stating that it's a common issue for the salon with the GPS misrouting, and then said to me, "oh don't worry, Arika is always late". I did not expect to wait until 10:15 for her to arrive. Arika did not inform me she would be late, either. My appointment was scheduled for 10. Before beginning the set installation, there was no consultation. I shared with Arika that this was my first time getting eyelash

Loft42 is the go to! I see Alex and I love her so much! Alex is super flexible and willing to squeeze me in when she can! The owner, Nikki, has created the new “it” salon in town! I always recommend friends to find someone to book with at Loft42! Customer service is always incredible and the environment is very welcoming. I love the aesthetic and constantly look forward to being there!
