I came into this salon hopeful and excited, especially since it was for my birthday. I don’t get my hair or nails done often due to my Type 2 Trigeminal Neuralgia diagnosis, and I made sure to leave a note on my account asking the stylist to be cautious. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I waited about 20 extra minutes before even being seated. When the stylist began asking about my diagnosis, her reaction was incredibly unprofessional—almost like a child throwing a tantrum. She repeatedly said she didn’t feel comfortable working on me, even though there were simple alternative techniques that could have been used to avoid any issues. Asked to get my hair washed, trimmed, blown out and styled for an event. She did everything within 1 hour and by the time I got to dinner my hair was flat and staticky. I purchased products for my hair that she recommended, and the pump is broken. Long hair can be a challenge, I expected to be there longer than an hour. She was very nice but I probably won't go back. I spent almost $200.

This is one of my favorite places to go to! I love going there and just getting my nails done or my hair styled for different events! They never disappoint or never you left unsatisfied! I go to Madison for nails and she is literally the best, she cares about you and she delivers amazing nails! I also have had Hannah do hair styling and she does so good, she turns my hair from a 0 to a 10! Definitely recommend this place and they are super clean, and just such a wonderful business. LOVE LOVE LOVE!! ❤️❤️

I found this salon because a friend of mine gets her hair done here, and spoke very highly of Rose. I scheduled an appointment for lash extensions with her, but before doing so I chatted with her about what my desired look was. I was *very* specific that I did NOT want long lashes, but instead full lashes. I wanted my natural length or close to it, and just a very full lash. Rose reassured me she could do that, and even commented that she is the same way (liking shorter but fuller lashes). My appointment took about two hours, and Rose reiterated before starting that I still wanted short lashes. I got a color correction done by Anna Goins after a home dye job went poorly. She really took her time and did an awesome job, I’m so happy with how it looks especially after what I came to her with. Not only does it look good but it still feels healthy most importantly.
