I came in wanting to try builder gel to grow out my natural nails, and over the past couple months, Lidia kept my nails beautiful and healthy—and ensured I reached my goal!

⭐ 1 star — Lola Nails This place was a full disaster and I regret spending a single dollar here — let alone $90. I tipped 0% and I don’t feel bad about it. My friend and I went in for almost identical services. She got dip powder with a more complex design and was quoted $75. I got builder gel with simple polka dots and was quoted $90. That was the first red flag because builder gel vs dip should be maybe a $5 difference, especially when her design was clearly more detailed. The design process was embarrassing. We showed inspo videos and it was obvious the designs were more complex than they looked, yet Diana — who everyone hyped up as the best — barely looked at the reference and couldn’t even draw a simple heart. Saw Neda today for my first mani/pedi in 5 years! She was so kind, easy to talk to, and patiently made sure I understood all of my options for my nails! She was super nice about me wanting to keep short nails & took her time even though it was late in the work day. Pedicure was wonderful. Builder gel nails have great shape and aren’t too thick! I appreciate her attention to detail & how much she cares about you having a great experience. (Neda is also a fantastic artist if you’re looking for designs!)

Angel and Jasmine(?) were fantastic. They did a wonderful job with a gel mani/pedi. They were both gentle and detailed. I appreciated everything about the place...the deor, cleanliness ..except my massage chair felt like I was on a roller coaster. I'm sure they are not all like that and I probably had the wrong setting. Didn't want to mess up their craft so I turned it off quickly. Thank you Lola Nails ❤️

While this place has been great to get my nails done, I had a not so pleasent experience removing the builder gel from my nails. I knew that my nails were going to be thin/probably damaged (even though I was told that builder gel is healthier for natural nails) but I did not expect this outcome. My nails are paper thin and even hurt to the touch. I’ve had many different types of polish used/removed and have never had this much damage done to my nails.
