I had a good experience! Everyone was really sweet! The establishment was very chic and clean, we were greeted and had a short waiting time! I had an appointment around 5:00 and left around 5:30, my stylist worked fast and precisely!

They are super considerate and will ensure that you get what you want. I prefer Jennifer Robbins. She did such a wonderful job with my hair and I made a horrible mistake of going to someone else previous. But I went to her to help with my hair and it looks amazing. Highly suggest.

I've lived in five different cities in the last five years (compliments of my husband's job), and each time we move, I always dread finding a new stylist. It seems that by the time I try a few out and find the one I like, we're getting ready to move again. A new friend of mine who is from from Atlanta used to go to Kelly Van Gogh, and she told me that when Kelly left, she recommended that her clients start seeing Jennifer Bennett at Lola Ricci. I have to say, Jen is my favorite stylist yet. Perfect cut and perfect color on the first try. I love that she "gets" what looks good on me, so I don't have to give her constant direction. Their website won't let me see the prices or book an appointment, so I tried calling multiple times while the salon was open and the phone was never answered. Finally, I left a message on their answering machine and they have not returned my call... Do they not want customers?!
