Long Nails

I have been going to long nails probably over 12 years now!! This review was originally from 4 years ago but wanted to update and show some photos of my nails! They give the best service. Very polite, friendly owners and workers. Thank you for making me a happy customer. I will never go to another nail salon in my life time. Long nails is the best!! Nails last and come out beautiful! Recommend 100%

Absolutely disgusting experience. The salon was filthy, and hygiene clearly wasn’t a priority. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician barely touched my cuticles. When I asked her to clean them up properly, she got irritated and started being aggressive. She pushed the cuticle pusher so hard into my skin that I started BLEEDING, and now my whole toe hurts. With the lack of cleanliness and care, I’m genuinely worried about INFECTION . Avoid this place at all costs!

Made an appointment ahead of time, all of the staff are really nice and friendly. I got my nails done for $55+ tip and they look so gorgeous!! Shaped beautifully, AND they are super fast. I’m so used to sitting in a seat for 2 hrs minimum but I was in and out in an hour or less even! 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone around!

I have been going to long nails for 14 years. . Manicures,pedicures,waxing.Was satisfied for years. Since the end of 2024,I have been treated very disrespectfully by the owner. It was impossible to ever get an appointment in the last few months. The excuses were “ next week” or “ not now, Call in three days” Or “ No we are leaving for two days” Finally, I came out and asked Lee Ann “ do you not want me as a customer anymore” ? She said “ ok,but if you come,you have to stay quiet. I have other customers you bother us” She also said “ I made her choke. I talk too much” So I said,” if I am so much trouble,I won’t come here anymore “ I now go to Pro Nails across the street. Can’t believe Lee Ann was so rude like that. First time patronizing Long Nails and I will definitely be going back. The staff was attentive, thorough, patient, informative and very personable. Their experience is exceptional and they made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you Long Nails for pampering me.
