Long Nails

Amy did my nails horrible! I came in for fill in, she rushed I told her could she fix the shape of the nails she didn’t then proceeded to rush me out of her chair when I spoke up about things I didn’t like, painted my nails extra sloppy. She was very rude and dismissive, but hey that’s my fault for even coming back! Also I got them done Thursday here it is Monday they’re already chipping! Just overall a bad experience!

The shop doesn't go by their price list. They charged $5 more for glitter polish. They charged $45.00 for a full set. She hurt my nail when she pulled the new nail off and had to replace it again. She charged me $10 instead of the listed $3.00 per nail. I'm not going back there.

I have 3 nails out of 10 on the fingers that have bumps on them. I was careful not to bump anything. I didn't notice them till I left. The lady doing the pedicure never asked how I wanted them done and she just kept talking to me and I only understood "honey". She missed painting a baby toe with the white. I just went with it after the day I had.

I just moved here from Houston and have been looking for a nail spot for 2 months. One day I asked a lady where she got her nails done and I was referred here. BIG MISTAKE! I saw they open at 10 so I show up at 10 and sign in, they had a cash only sign, so I drove across the lot to Krogers to get cash. I come back and sit for about 10 minutes and 2 other ladies come in, sign in and sits next to me. The nail tech then comes and whispers and tells them to come sit. I asked if they had an appointment because I've been here since 10, and she told me to have a seat, her brother was on the way in. It's 11:15 now. 11:28 as I'm prepared to leave I get called back. I asked for a larger nail on my thumb and he insisted he knew the acrylic would cover the corners. Long story short, my nails are a mes
