Loose Ends Hair Salon

I want to thank Sierra for a great haircut today. Sierra is very professional and kind even with indecisive people like me. I'm very happy. Thank you Lois for running a wonderful business and hiring great people.

I've been getting my haircut here since I was in elementary school. Lois is very talented and has been in the business over 40 years. Her salon is always clean and she is always friendly and a lot of fun to talk to. Her prices are very reasonable for Southern Oregon especially Ashland.

I went to a “stylist” and I use the term loosely, at this salon, yesterday, and had the worst experience, that I have ever had, at a hair salon, in my lifetime!! The stylist’s name is Rene’ and I brought her a photo of the cut and color that I wanted and she agreed that she could do that. When I made the appointment, over the phone, she had said that it would cost $65. No additional fees were ever discussed. I ended up leaving with a cut that was 2-3 inches shorter than I wanted and nothing, like the picture, that I brought to her! Also, I thought that she had charged me $80, on her Square up credit card charger, but when I got home and looked more closely, I realized that she, in fact, had charged me $180 for this awful haircut!!!! Lois is Great, yesterday was my first time here and she got me in last minute and did a fabulous job on my hair.Very professional and made me feel at ease. Definitely will be returning for my next hair cut.

My son and I had our hair done by Gina. She is a fantastic hair stylist. Probably on of the best in Ashland. Would never go to anyone else. Ask for Gina she is one of the most well versed hair dresser you will ever find.
