AMAZING! 100/10 stars. Sarah took great care of Me. She listened to my wants and then provided her own expert suggestions. Truly thrilled with my haircut. Worth every penny!!

I remember why I stopped letting others color/cut my hair. Walked in with long hair, walked out with REALLY SHORT hair. I mean I agreed to cut some off, but she just kept cutting….I was trying not to cry. Got wait 4 years for my hair to grow back now. The color, ugh…I said brunette, I walk out with JET BLACK color. She cut do much hair off there was no point in even coloring the hair!!!! All the blonde I just wanted to color brunette, got chopped off!!!!! Seriously a case of hairstylist doing whatever and not understanding/listening to a client. I look like a Joan Jett disaster. I thought Aveda had standards, clearly not anymore. Just lost a lifelong Aveda client. Beyond disappointed and a waste of $400. Hope this color fades fast and back to brunette

Brie!!!! She’s a miracle worker! When you find someone you can trust to let make those color choices, go for it! She gave life back to my hair and even planned the future as my hair grows out so I wouldn’t have to come in so much with 3 kids at home. Run to the hair goddess!

My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. For my first appointment, the owner arrived 40 minutes late without any communication, explanation or Apologies. My second appointment was never confirmed, leaving me to arrive and find no one available. Hoping for a better experience, I gave them another chance with a third appointment, but this time I (along with other customers) were left waiting outside on the street for 30 minutes with no one to open the door. Furthermore, the OWNER (Linzie Davis) who was confirmed as my stylist, NEVER SHOWED UP!! Keep in mind.. I came in earlier that week to confirm the appointment with her to her face! The utter lack of professionalism and consistent disregard for my time has made me realize the unreliability of this salon. I will never be ret

I’ve been going to Lordis Loft on Savannah Highway in Charleston, SC, for two years now and have gotten to know the manager, Michelle, pretty well. He’s attentive and super competent at the salon. For the past four appointments I’ve been fortunate to have Sarah Snider cut and style my hair. She’s an artistic expert and is continually learning every skill she can about hair and color. She cut my hair dry during my first appointment to see how my hair lay and then subsequently, she listened carefully to adjustments I wanted after my hair had grown from one appointment to the next. I also enjoy spending time with her and with Michelle since both are upbeat and fun! So…obviously, I highly recommend Lordis Loft for a great experience with YOUR hair.
