Omg! This spa is amazing. It must have improved a lot since Hilton took over. The spa has snacks and drinks. The massages are amazing. I got a Groupon deal and my masseuse was Valeria . She comes once a week online. Literally, she gave the best 50 minute deep tissue massage I have ever had in my life. I will be back!!!!

I had a relaxing morning at Lorelei Spa. Ladonna who greeted me upon check in was so friendly and efficient. The spa waiting area was beautifully decorated and welcoming. While I was waiting for my spa service, I was treated to a glass of Prosecco. My masseuse, Shonna, was very professional. She provided a deep tissue massage which targeted all my problem areas. I felt so much better after my service and look forward to returning. It was a lovely experience.

Lovely spa and fabulous service. You will have access to the pool bar on the top floor with a service, it has such a wonderful view. The spa has wonderful people at the desk and the therapists, and it's a nice setting. The spa offers the services that you're familiar with, but does not include a locker room or robes to for dressing prior to service. There is no Sauna, steam room or private area for dressing or showering. You dress in the room where the massage will be, the couples massage room had a shower, but there's not enough time to use it. Overall, the experience was very nice, beautiful setting and great service and I would return, however this spa disappoints related to features.

I booked a couples massage I bought off Groupon. We were staying at the hotel so, figured it was a good opportunity for a relaxing massage. 1st the coupon stated 24% tip for the massage, no problem... at the end Im told it's 19% x2 for each person. So much for getting a deal on groupon... extra $88 just for a tip. Massage was soooo light, I never got my feet touched at all, my partners therapist did his but mine, nope. My therapist spent 80% of the time on part of my back, literally same spots. After we left, I had an aching pain at my shoulder blade. By morning, it hurt to breath in and I can't lift anything without pain. Over 24hrs has gone by and it has not gotten better, just worse. She obviously strained my muscle. Do not recommend!

Had the most wonderful massage with Irina. She was friendly and it was so relaxing. The spa smells amazing and all the products she used were delightful!
