A masterclass in professionalism. I called THIS morning for a last minute walk-in silk-press. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. The salon itself is gorgeous, well maintained, and comfortable. Ms. Charlene had me in the bowl to the hairdryer within the first 20 minutes of my arrival. Yes — she does not play! I cannot express the happiness that I feel knowing that my hair has found a home!! Everyone is sooo kind and the atmosphere will have you feeling so comfortable! Mrs. Loretta laid my natural hair out so much so it looks it’s a weave!! Chelsea is soo sweet and although Mrs. Loretta’s daughter Charlene didn’t do my hair,I watched her slay the other ladies!
