they are following covid protocol, prices have also seem to increase with covid. Great salon if you want your natural hair LAID, but be weary of the heat damage that comes with it. They work well with ethnic hair, no perm needed. Street parking only

Esta no es mi primera vez aquí, la última vez que vine fue en octubre del año pasado y tuve al hombre en la esquina de la izquierda. Fue genial y tuvo un buen servicio al cliente. Hoy vine a hacerme un permanente y traje a mi prima para que le lavaran y le pintaran el cabello. La señora que me estaba haciendo el permanente no dejaba de hablar y se detenía a charlar, ya sabes que tienes que dejar que el permanente actúe para que se mezcle bien. Me frustré mucho y seguía volteando a mirarlos porque era como si no estuviera en la silla, cómo la estaban distrayendo. Ahora intentaron enjuagarme el cabello 6 minutos después de que ella terminó y mi cabello no estaba listo. I came here for a wash and blow. They are really nice ladies and the place is very nice. The owner is Also Super Sweet and run a decent shop. But the stylists will burn your hair to a crisp because they don’t know how to take care of ethnic hair. The heat damage is real. Didn’t feel they properly cut my hair For a trim. The ladies that wash your hair do a Great job except for This ONE lady that washed my hair and it’s only one lady from my experience. I hope you don’t get her. Because the way she pulls the hair out while washing it left my hair so uneven. She was combing it while shampoo was in it.
