Lotus Nail Spa

My daughter and I were at the first 2 stations on the left. We both chose heart cat eye which was pictured on a sample nail. The man drew blood on 2 of my nails. You can't even see the hearts on my daughters nails. This was something we paid EXTRA for. The guy doing my nails couldn't even do the hearts on the cat eye and had to have another tech come over to do just a basic cat eye. The quality of the nails are terrible because both nail techs rushed and did not take their time. $146 dollars for such a basic service is ridiculous. You shouldn't have design samples if the nail techs can't even do them. What a joke. We will never come back.

I left the salon paying way more then I should of and was very disappointed the blue ones are what I wanted and the pink is what I ended up leaving with he was very rough and charged me 97.50$ for the pink cat eye. I hear great things about this salon. My friend came with me she wanted a celestial design with length to them and almond shape she paid 109$ and also left very disappointed don’t get me wrong these pink ones are beautiful but not at all what I wanted

Without a doubt every time I come I end up leaving with the biggest smile. They’re so gentle on my nails the lifespan is 10x longer than any other nail salon I’ve been to. Lotus nail spa is the best! Plus I loved watching the bengals game with them. They treat everyone like family!

I have never been so happy with my nails. The shape was perfect, what I asked for and the technician served 10000%. This was my first time at this salon and everyone was friendly and I don't have one single complaint.
