Jennifer at Lotus Nail Spa did it again!! Another fabulous job on my nails. I got gel with matte finish and a fine shiny tip. I’m always thrilled with Jennifer’s work. These are my natural nails!!! Thanks Jennifer and Lotus Nail Spa!!

First time at Lotus Nail Spa today. Was so easy to schedule a same day appointment over the phone. The pedicure booths have a great atmosphere and are very relaxing. Dawn, my nail tech, was great! Very kind, not rushed, and focused on the details. I will definitely be back! I also want to note all of the employees handled a very intoxicated client calmly and professionally. Kuddos to all of them for how they navigated the situation.

I went here for a removal and new set of acrylics and left with nails not even close to what I asked for and cuts all over my fingers and crooked acrylics. my boyfriend had to go in and speak for me because I was too nervous to speak up for myself. I only got 20 bucks off of the 90 dollars they charged me. And she laughed in our faces. Before this occurrence I really liked coming here for affordable nails it’s a shame. Here’s my reference and what I got.

My go-to nail salon in Missoula! Always immaculately clean and the techs are fabulous. Jennifer gives a wonderful calf/foot massage and genuinely wants to provide a great experience. A perfect place to treat yourself to quality pampering.

My nails look super cute and I am happy with them! I was thankful they accepted me as a walk-in and were able to help me after a short wait while they finished with another client. The man who did my nails was nice, efficient, & patient with me - I had not had a whole professional nail experience in a salon before so I didn’t know the process. He explained the work to me and reasons for things I questioned. Thank you !
