Lotus nails

I have been going to Christina at Lotus Nails regularly for manicures and pedicures for a few years now. She is not only terrific at her craft, but very personable. I always enjoy my time with Christina! When Christina was out one time, Kim did my manis / pedis. She is lovely, as well. Everyone at the shop is very kind and it's always such a welcoming environment. If you're looking for a nail salon, I highly recommend this shop.

My girlfriend was a regular client for years. They were a reliable and dependable salon. Everything was good until he most recent experience. As seen in the photos, she was diagnosed with dermatitis by her doctor, and that the most likely cause was her visit at the nail salon. We decided to go into the nail salon, simply to show them her nails and request a refund. After a few minutes of deliberation, a man came out and handed me $40, though she paid $150. They explained that due to her only having issues with her hands she can only get $40 back, however this has now spread across her face and her feet. They then told us that we were lying, and that she already had a skin condition before she came in, again my girl is a regular. All of this would have been okay. We’re all humans and t

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail shop. The service felt rushed, and there was little attention to detail. My nails were uneven, polish was sloppy around the edges, and I noticed issues almost immediately after leaving. When I tried to address my concerns, the staff was dismissive rather than helpful. Cleanliness was also questionable, which is especially concerning in a nail salon. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and customer care. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. The owner was no better than his staff. Ver unprofessional.

Promised my 13 year old daughter gel manicure for getting good grades. The entire manicure and design lasted 10 minutes which included time she washed her own hands, and was charged $44. No lotion or massage at all. She had her hands soak for about 20 seconds. The bad part is there was only one other customer and about 4 workers so there was no reason to rush the manicure. When I told the lady while I was paying, she offered to give “more lotion”. This was the second bad experience in a row so I definitely won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to. My daughter was incredibly disappointed as this was her first manicure. Oh, the end result was also a very uneven, bumpy polish.

Regular customer . I went in for a gel manicure Sunday. Monday evening my ring finger started itching. I had to start a 10 day antibiotic due to a reaction I had from Gel not being cured properly.i then return to show what happened . I was told I have a skin condition , and this has nothing to do with the service . This was supposed to be a relaxing time but turned into a nightmare ! I do not recommend!
