Disgusting place. Never go there. 1 - When you first walk in you're hit with the stench of chemicals. 2 - Then you're treated with disinterest by everyone who works there. 3 - Their nail polish is low quality and old. 4 - The manicure sucks -- these people don't know how to layer nail polish. They slather thick layers of the already sticky nail polish without any wait or drying time. 5 - In the end you're told to wait 20 minutes to dry. But after three hours I'm still getting dents in the nail polish. 6 - No frills of any kind, no water offered. 7 - They make you pay before they start applying the nail polish. I regret the 20% tip I gave her, but I had to pay everything before I knew how worthless the manicure would be. 8 - Worse of all, I asked her repeatedly not to touch my cuticles. I'v

Go to Lotus Nail Salon!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!!! I have been going to Lotus Nail Salon for years. The salon itself is very updated, spacious and most important CLEAN. The prices are extremely reasonable. Honestly all of the techs are great at what they do, I've had my manicures, pedicures and waxing done by almost all the staff- all individually great and talented! For the last 2 years or so I've gone specifically to Michelle, she is so personable and extremely talented. I bring inspiration from Pinterest pretty much every session and she always does a phenomenal job!!! When I'm not trying to be trendy my go to is French manicure- and again always comes out perfect even though I have 2 fingers that bend different ways lol she still gets the lines just right! it was okay.. the guy who did my nails charged me 52$, which makes sense because acrylic nails are expensive and i figured a high price. my nails turned out bulbous and super thick. they kind of hurt because of that. i haven’t gotten my nails done in a super long time because i get nervous with the way they’ll turn out. they used gel polish but regardless, it’s so thick. didn’t really get what i asked for.

Going here I already expected a wait because the salon is in the the mall. I signed in and had 2 people a head of me. The one lady was taken back and the other lady left after I sat down to wait. So I was up next another 3 ladies came in after me and the first one was asked what she needed and taken back. The older lady that worked there looked at me and said what do you need? I told her a full set she told me 5 minutes. 20 minutes goes by she comes up front and asked the other lady that was waiting what she needed and then told her to go in the back, she then tells me to wait 5 more minutes and that she took the lady because she only does pedicures. Love the sight of the place, good massage chairs, great pedicure! My eyebrows look great and it was fast and convenient. I didn't even sit down and it was a Saturday! My finger nails though were not amazing. I could be biased so I uploaded pictures, I got them done yesterday.
