Lotus Nails Day Spa

I wish I would have taken pictures as the process went on. First , I thought my design inspo was pretty easy and at first , they added this pink blob in the middle of my nail and it wasn’t even spread or make it look natural. They could not do the gold star design . Plus, They didn’t clean around my nail and left dry dead skin and nail polish. I asked if she can clean it up and she just cuticle oil and said “all done “ waste of my money. I was so confused . Update !!! The owner called back , apologized and scheduled me a new appointment and Kept checking in on me through text messages and I felt grateful . I was able to get a different nail design , one that I love ! The nail technician was very nice and was very apologetic . They will see me again 🙂 love a good customer service !

I hate to be the person to leave bad review, but today I went in for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow tinting. I had Finn and the experience was horrible! He cut my finger pretty deep, and after he was done painting my nails another lady had to come and file them down again so she could repaint them because the were so messed up! They said they did eyebrow tinting and when I went back they waxed my brows and don’t tint them. They told me the lady that tints wouldn’t be in until Monday. Just a horrible overall experience for horrible work. I will not be back and I would not recommend anyone!

Genuinely just want to give a shoutout to Mimi, my nail technician, and the entire team. Mimi is amazing and has been taking great care of me. The team also take care of my daughter for a while now. From nail services to foot care, everyone in the salon does such a great job. The whole team is patient, detailed, and truly takes their time to make sure you’re taken care of. I really appreciate the consistency, care, and professionalism they all deserve the praise.

I just moved to Saint Cloud. Finding a good nail salon can be a challenge, but I hit the jackpot on my first try!!! Mary, the owner is super sweet!! She accommodated me last minute with a smile! Mimi did a FABULOUS job on my nails!! (I am super picky!) Definitely recommend Lotus ! I will be returning for all of my salon needs!!! Thank you both !!!
