I’ve been going to Stephanie at Lotus Nails for years, and she never disappoints! Her talent and precision make every manicure and pedicure a work of art. She delivers perfection every single time. The atmosphere at Lotus Nails is always clean, comfortable, and inviting, which makes the entire experience even better. Stephanie is not only highly skilled, but she also goes out of her way to ensure that I’m happy with the results. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Lotus Nails for well over a decade, and I’m deeply disappointed with the decline in quality and customer care under the new ownership. In the past three visits, I’ve had to wait 15–30 minutes past my appointment time because they were running late, and no one offered an apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Under the previous ownership, any delay or issue was met with a sincere effort to make things right, often with a complimentary service or similar gesture. Now, the experience feels rushed and impersonal, like a quick in-and-out chop shop. It’s disheartening to see a place I once loved lose its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is my most ludicrous and disappointing encounter with salon management. I was quite pleased with the person who was executing the services (wax and no chip gel) until I had to deal with a warranty for the services performed. My first terrible encounter occurred on my wedding anniversary, when, despite my prior appointment, they began the procedure and informed me that there was insufficient wax to complete the waxing. But rest assured that the owner, often known as the manager, is on her way. While I waited, they offered me a complimentary pedicure. The pedicure was finished, and the wax was hours away, so they requested me to return with only 1/3 of one leg done at the time. I had to cancel my hair appointment to return to the waxing treatment. I have been going to Lotus Nails in Highland Park for years. The atmosphere is friendly, the salon is clean, and the nail technicians are highly skilled. Lotus Nails is a relaxing, positive experience. Amy is the nail technician whom I see regularly. I appreciate Amy's high skill level, attention to detail, and her kind demeanor. I highly recommend Lotus Nails. Once you try it, you will be hooked.

I have been going to Lotus for manicures and pedicures for more than 10 years. I now have a standing appointment with Stephanie. She gives the best mani/pedi! Steph helps me choose my color, takes care of in grown nails and will do something creative if I want it. She’s also fun to talk to! I can’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else!
