I have been going to Michelle since last year, my sister found her on instagram and I’m in love with her work. She’s very sweet and attentive and her work is simply amazing. Every design that I brought to her has always exceeded my expectations and the Russian manicure she provides is top notch. The salon itself is very clean and welcoming, the girl at the front desk is always smiling and very nice.

This was my first time visiting Louivver and honestly I left pretty disappointed. I booked a full haircut and beard service but the inner part of my beard wasn’t worked on at all. The barber was a really nice guy and very polite, so I’m not trying to take that away from him but I expected more attention to detail. For a place that positions itself as a premium barbershop and sells grooming products for around $115, I expected the service to be more complete. They do offer a 50% first-time discount which I appreciated but even with the discount I still expected the full service to be done properly. Now I have to go to another barbershop in the morning just to get my beard fixed which is frustrating after paying for a haircut and beard service already. I really wanted my first experience h
