2 weeks before my wedding I went for a simple layered cut. My hair was styled and thus looked okay, but when I washed my hair a couple days later the layers didn’t look right. My MOH and fiance both commented that the back of my hair looked off, and indeed it was- a CHUNK was missing in addition to uneven layers. I reached out via phone, text directly to my stylist (Meghan), and email. I got not a single reply. I tried again and again to get ahold of them to no avail (am I blocked?). I spent a LOT of money on this cut, and if they had rectified this I would have given them another chance, but their actions have shown that this company is nothing but rude, deceitful, and tbh terrible at cutting hair… Especially if you are a bride to be, do not add to your stress by going here!

I was recommended to try Natalie for both a cut and color and have nothing but wonderful things to say! I had not had my hair touched in over a year due to repeat disappointments with other hairstylists at different salons – I left every appointment in tears and let Natalie know this ahead of time as I was even nervous to try someone new again. I'm thankful to have her regular style, color, and cut my hair and would recommend her to any and everyone!

Seriously phenomenal. I went to see Natalie as I have been wanting to go back to red for a while now ( after being blonde for YEARS ) and wanted to find the right stylist who knows how to do red hair right. What Natalie *didn't know* is I am extremely picky about red ( hehe! ). She however nailed it. Like perfect. I wanted it to be "bright" and "light" - not dull or blocked up . She took my entire head from the root to such a vibrant red, lifted and added color, and gave me the most incredible ombre gradient of blonde highlights in the front - my hair looks so natural , it's almost as though it was always supposed to be this way.
