Love Nails

Today I went by here and my original was guy was for the week. The guy name Tony who does nails there is very rude. I showed him some thing that my nail tech would do and how much he would charge and today the guy Tony said he doesn't know how to do it. Then turns around and say if I do that I will charge $110. I thought he didn't know how to do the design. I see why he doesn't get very much clients in his chair. Tony gets a 0/10 for my rating. I went to a different shop and the guy was much nicer and understood what I showed him. David hurry up and get back my friend. David is the best nail tech in there

This was my daughter’s first experience here and it was horrible. My daughter just came in for a polish change and they charged her $30 when I know for a fact they the quality of the painting was trash. The nail painted it with bubbles and didn’t seem experienced. These business gotta understand without the customers you have no business. They’re so quick to take money that they forget it’s quality instead of quantity unfortunately, this was our first experience and she will not be coming back. They were so concerned about making money that they forgot about the customer. And because I raised my daughter good she even gave a tip… these money hungry people took $30 just to paint her nails after she had already had her nails done at a previous nail salon.

terrible experience!! horrible customer service, used too different polishes on my french toes and i didn’t notice till after i paid in full. when i came back to find a resolution, they sat me down to fix it and only fixed one toe! then when i tried to find a new resolution she only took 5$ off and the full toe service was 47$ distasteful and i would not recommend coming here.

Never been but had definitely heard about this place. I decided to get my own experience. Walked in and was seen right away. Mr. D did my service and I must say at first I wasn’t feeling him but I warmed up and he turned out to be amazing. I showed him what I wanted and he delivered! He was transparent about the cost for my request which I appreciate. I will be back and I told him only for him. Only downside he doesn’t do pedicures :(

Love going to this place to do my nails. On very rare occasions I leave disappointed. I would definitely recommend Bon (guy in chair 10) and the lady in chair number 11. I forgot her name.
