Love Nails & Spa

Love nail and Spa has always been nothing less then a nice and relaxing experience. I always get gel manicure and spa pedicure as well as an eyebrow wax. Lee does an amazing job on my spa pedicure and the polish always comes out nice and neat! The manager has always done my manicure which always comes out beautifully. The staff is very nice, personable and timely. I'm very picky when it comes to nail salons but this one is definitely my go to!

I went here despite the bad reviews. I had no choice but to get the gel nail polish on my nails, even though they offered regular paint on my toes. During the whole time I was getting my nails done, my toes were drying. I thought it was okay to put my socks on after everything was done. They didn't say anything, either. When I got home and took my socks off, all my paint ripped off my nails. As for the gel manicure, there was a small hair stuck in one and my polish started peeling day one. I'm about 5ish days in now and every single nail, on both sides, is peeling. For how much I had to pay for this, it is such a waste of money. Heed all the bad reviews and don't go here. I much prefer Paris Nails. They treat you amazingly, and with the time you deserve.

This is how they left me. I showed the guy at #3 BEFORE HE STARTED, what I wanted . He says, no problem. When it was time to paint , he said he doesn’t know how to do it. Then Chris ( chair #1), said she could but I would have wait hours since she has customer(s) This cost $50 ! They lie and cheat to get money & it’s not fair . Go somewhere else or you’ll be paying them for nothing. This was done at 11/10/22 at 5:15

Horrible. The drill span way too fast and was burning me and cutting my skin. A few of my fingers bled. In the photos you’ll see what I got and what I asked for. The picture shows coffin (which I clarified) and I got square. He didn’t wear his mask correctly. He picked his nose and continued to touch my hands. Not sanitizing. My fingers are still in pain a day later. As you can see there is no apex. My cuticles are horrible he never cut or drilled them. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. The hand dryers for gel have trash in them and don’t work. He didn’t let my nails cure long enough so they smeared and I showed him he didn’t want to fix it until his boss made him. Save your money go somewhere else!!!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Haven't had my nails done in awhile and decided it was time, so went in with no appointment. The lady behind the desk was rude at first, abruptly telling me it would be at least an hour and to pick out a color, which I did, only to be told to pick something different bc I wanted gel. It was busy, so most of the women waiting had the gel samples in their possession, not really leaving me with many options. Finally, it was my turn and a guy did them. Was very hard to understand him and he was rough, twisting my arm in ways that my arm doesn't turn, making it very uncomfortable. When it came time to pay, I guess a little cuticle oil got onto the strip of my card so it kept saying was an error. No atm inside so had to walk to the atm behind the shopping
