Cause for one I called from my phone multiple times and throughout the day with no callback, trying to be understanding of you might be doing hair, but as soon as I called from my friend phone you answered. Like what's up with that? I booked an appointment. You told me to call 1hr before my appointment to confirm, in which I did but not answer. I texted you, still no response. You had me waist my time finding a babysitter and driving all the way to Montgomery for nothing. 4hrs later I call from my number no answer but turn right around and call from a different number you answer. I called on Saturday during the afternoon to ask if they would be open on Sunday (today). This was my first impression… During the phone call I was slightly confused and struggled to understand what was happening because there was a male voice loudly placing an order in the background. The woman who answered my call said they would be open and there was an opening for 10AM. She gave me instructions to call to confirm my appointment at 9:30. I did that this morning, but my call was ignored twice and I received a text asking if I was calling to confirm my 10 o’clock. She then replied that I could arrive at 10:30. She does pretty good with retwist. But she is a terrible stylist. I gave her a picture of the style that I wanted PAID EXTRA for the style and how bout the style that she did was nowhere near even close to the style in the picture I gave her. Oh and I almost forgot. SHE WAS LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT!!!! I ENDED UP HAVING TO WAIT FOR HER TO GET THERE FOR A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR! so all in all I paid this woman almost 200 bucks for a her TARDY, a pretty decent retwist, and s jacked up style that I ended up having to fix myself anyway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
