Lovely and Natural Hair Studio

I’m honestly so frustrated I could cry. I had been going to this woman consistently for months, even when she would reschedule my appointments last minute — I never complained. But today I found out I’ve been blocked from booking with her, all because I waited until I got home to share that my loc curls didn’t turn out right a few months ago. I was respectful and let her know through a polite text that I was disappointed. She acknowledged it and even refunded me $25–$30. I didn’t want to bring it up in person because her next client was already in the room — I thought I was doing the considerate thing. To now be blocked, after remaining loyal and giving grace multiple times, feels so unfair and unprofessional.

Calm atmosphere. The stylist gave me a great shampoo session. She paid careful attention to the unruly matting that came with 10 months without a proper retwist (my previous stylist moved away without updating her clients). Excellent retwist and was able to interpret the style I wanted perfectly.

My Stylist Keisha was Great. We talked about my hairstyle and I’m so glad that she gave me great advice. My style of choice was starter locs and Keisha got my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I will definitely keep going to Keisha because not only did she make my hair photo shoot fresh, we had great conversations with lots of laughs and jokes. Keisha knows what she’s doing and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a fantastic hairstylist. Thanks Keisha.

This was my first time having my locs re-twisted and styled here. I found Keisha professional and personable.. I went to church the day after getting my locs done and I was complimented and asked where I had my hair done. I needed to get a line up as well, so I asked if she knew of a barber (with “fade” in the name of the shop. I had googled barbershops previously, but didn’t remember the complete name). The name of the shop was Ace of fades, which is her husband’s shop, that was a great experience also. He understood what I was looking for and delivered. That day was one stop shopping….His shop was a couple of booths from Keisha’s booth. I know this is kind of lengthy…😊 I highly recommend both of them. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Keisha is down to earth and takes pride in her work. She really cares about the hairs health and durability of the style. Highly recommend!
