They should really change the closing time to 7:15mor 7:30 instead of 8pm. And that 15min difference depends on the his closing for the night lol this is the only store in my entire 40 yrs that closes so far away from the listed closing time. The shutters are down by 7:45pm no exaggeration. I watched them myself.

Terrible workers. Very unprofessional. Don’t even bother going here because they close whenever they want. They have store hours up but they don’t honor the hours. I just went there at 7:37pm the door was locked and I saw the girl walking from the door. She literally pretended she didn’t see or hear me. So I walked a little then returned to the door and she jumped and went back into the isle. I thought that was very childish at the very least she could’ve waved me off politely. I’ve come here before and never had a bad experience. This was so embarrassing and rude I refuse to go back.

Store always closes early Or not open when they’re supposed to be. Staff is unprofessional and barely understand English. It could be so much better if they changed employees and management. They’re always out of something

I called to check if they had a product i needed . The person in the phone hang up as soon i asked the question and never picked up again , if you don’t like to answer the phone then don’t bother having one.

Walked in to see if they had the hair I usually use and saw no one at the register for help. As I was leaving since I didn’t see the hair I wanted I saw two girls sitting on the floor behind the register and one was singing in Spanish. As I was walking out the door one of the girsl yelled out coño and I don’t know if it was directed towards me but the fact that that kind of language was being used around a customer and I was given no hello, goodbye or any type of acknowledgment was off putting and I will never step foot in there again
