Lovely Magic Nails In

The lack of attention to detail was insane. 2 of my nails broke and they were just going to leave it as is and not even make them even. Then to make matters worse they put 2 different reds on my manicure and pedicure which look completely different. Super disappointed will not be coming back.

If I could give them no stars I would do not go here for waxing they and not clean they don’t know how to prep and they don’t pay attention to detail. Not only did I get a skin irritation but my eyebrows are crooked!!! The girl tried to scrub my eyebrows with alcohol before she waxed it and then put alcohol on afterwards instead of aloe then tried to say it was my fault for having sensitive skin! Save yourself and swipe left on them!!

I went to Lovely magic nails to get a filling and pedicure. The pedicure was pretty good, I asked the girl that was doing my nails if she knew how to do a coffin shape and she said yes but based on how my nails ended up.... she clearly did not know. The customer service is bad, the nail technicians are not friendly, and treat you like your disturbing them. They barely speak to you and spend a lot of time on their cell phones as oppose to using that time to make sure you’re having an enjoyable experience being that you are spending your good money.

They made it really bulky, and I wanted another design, but they said that they couldn’t do it, and the girl was rolling her eyes at me and made my nails look like teeth

Went in for a reg plain manicure just clear nail polish $15. If I would of know it was $15 I would of walked to classic nails. The price bored is located in the back near the nail dryers, not in the front where it should be. Also the girl that did my manicure didn’t care she nicked me cutting my cuticle. My clear nail polish is already coming off. Will never go back even if they are the last place that is still open.
