Lovely Nail Salon

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. The young lady doing my nails near the register was rushing through the service, which led to painful and careless mistakes. She was improperly using the tools, moving too fast, and ended up cutting my cuticles to the point where my finger bled. Despite me telling her multiple times that she was burning me and that it hurt, she completely ignored my concerns. Additionally, the UV light she directed me to use was not working. When I pointed this out and asked if I should use another one, she disregarded my question and continued as if I hadn’t spoken. As a result, when she went to file my nails again, they were still wet, further proving she wasn’t paying attention to the quality of her work. It was clear that she was more fo

Second time getting my nails done, and I'm thrilled. First time was a complete full set of nails, which lasted 3 weeks. Second time a fill-in and my nails look amazing. They are thorough and make sure you are happy with their services. I am completely satisfied and will continue to get my nails done here. Please come by and check them out you will love it

Extremely poor customer service. They were trying to force me to get what they wanted because they didn't want to spend the time to do what I was paying for. Such a shame I tip well. I will find someone else to take my money with better customer service and time.

The owner was nice. She passed me off to this lady who I assume knew how to correct my nails after taking off the tips Of course she didn't check out the job 2 days later...
