Lovely Nail & Spa

I am extremely disappointed with my experience during my recent visit. I called ahead and made a 4:30 PM appointment for a pedicure and a fill-in. When I arrived, all of the nail technicians were occupied. I waited about 20–30 minutes before I was even seated in a massage chair. About five minutes later, a technician began my pedicure. When it was time for the gel polish, there seemed to be an issue with the polish application. The technician repeatedly removed and reapplied the color. I suggested that we switch colors if the polish wasn’t working properly. The pedicure alone ended up taking about an hour. After that, I was left waiting for my fill-in. My daughter and I got a gel, pedicure and manicure there less than a week ago and three days after we had it our nails done, they started peeling off and my daughter had to come home and use antiseptic spray and Neosporin because her cuticles kept bleeding

Horrible work and when told to correct it the tech upset got came home and got a better look DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible work very DISAPPOINTED

I'm deeply disappointed with the way I was treated at this salon. I've been there four times, including this last visit, and unfortunately, this experience was the worst. I went back just three days after getting my nails done because they were clearly not done correctly. Instead of fixing the actual issue, they simply offered to put a clear coat on top. When I said I’d rather go to another salon to get them properly fixed, the manager responded loudly and sarcastically in front of everyone, saying “Good luck at another salon,” . It was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. I did go to another salon, and not only were they kind and professional, but they immediately noticed the nails were poorly done—too thick, uneven, and even see-through in some areas despite being a dark blue col

Come here if you want bumpy, thick, bulky, uneven, nails. Or if you don’t want a designs because they do not know how to do them. If you want a simple curve at the end of your nails aka a dip, don’t come here. If you show them a pic of something you want, they will give you a temu version design. The only thing they know how to do is paint nails. No shaping, no drawing, and no vision. And the lady that sits in table 1 has an unnecessary attitude for everything. The only person that is carrying the whole team is the young guy with the pink hair that has his nails done. Without him they will go out of business.
