I am thrilled with my nails and eyebrows. I received exactly what I wanted. Kim did an amazing job and was very nice. She listened to my request of rounder nails and they came out perfect. The gentleman also did a great job on my pedicure with the matching color. It was gentle and relaxing. I will be a returning customer.

I 100% regret my decision to stop in here for a gel mani today. The man who did them completely destroyed my long almond shaped nails. Not to mention the horrible polish job with countless bubbles and grooves on every single nail. I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised considering he rushed through the process. It took 40 min including removing the previous gel. I’d warn against coming here unless you see one of the named people in their positive reviews…

Hannah is the best! She has been doing my nails for a few years now and I am always happy! Everyone who works here is excellent I always get what I ask for.

Terrible experience. I came for a refill. I had them done for 3 weeks from some other place. The lady proceeded to minimize the work the previous lady had done on my nail. She worked on my nails. I was not impressed at all but still ok. No hand washing at all just trying to get finished, but still a $5 tip with a $55 price for a refill. Got home, a nail broken, returned and was charged another $5 to get it fixed. Did it under 5 min no washing hands then or before. Nail bulk, showed her. She worked all the way to the end through all dust. I've been here before and stopped coming. Just gave them another chance. Not a good place really. May work for some people, definitely not for me. Just sharing my experience. Definitely not coming back.
