Lovely nails

Love my new nails!! Thu did such a great job! She was friendly, clean and precise. They are under new management and can’t wait to recommend to all my friends. Will definitely be returning!

Terrible service!!! I made an appointment, they took walking before me, missed color part of my nail. I could see my nail under my silver color. Don’t ever come back. They are too busy to pay attention to details.

I have been going here for a year because my sister recommended and they always gave great service. However, I've been so disappointed with the service and probably won't be back here again. Seems like they upgraded to natural lotions and soap for pedicure that start of $25. I told her I wasn't interested and just wanted the simple $15 (usual one I get) she seemed upset and the service to follow was horrible. The lady helping would constantly stop to watch her show and was so distracted by it which was probably the reason why she didnt cut my nails right. My nails weren't painted right in one of my nails and now have to get them done again. Plus, I came with a person to get both our feet done and though there were two ladies to help each one of us, one of them didnt, but as soon as another

Where do I Start? I initially went in for my nails to be polished. Ended up with all these services, which by the way I NEVER asked for. The lady acts like she don't understand English and does what SHE wants. Costing me three times more than expected to pay! At the end I ended up with damaged cuticles, wrong color nail polish, and a big Tab. Some services that were charged were never done. Oh, but don't try to dispute , they act like they don't understand a word. I paid and left. I will NEVER return to this place and re-live this horrific experience again!
