Lovely Nails & Spa

I went here for my wedding. I left crying... dont go here. They are mean and awful. My nails are ruined. I got gel too! The woman was so rude. Didnt want to speak. Looked at me with disgust and I was so kind to her. I left crying... when u go in and say ur getting married the next day and get treated like that.. its an awful feeling. I wont be going there again ever.

I was there right before the holidays, I went in and asked for a gel manicure and the lady that helped me told me I could not do gel because my nails were too week and I had to do dip. I was hesitant but didn’t want to argue as I didn’t have too much time. My nails have not recovered, they are completely destroyed from it. They are so weak they aren’t growing. I’m so frustrated because my nails were probably stronger than ever prior to this experience because I had not had a manicure in 6 months. I’ve been here before and have always had great experiences but I don’t like being pressured into something I didn’t want. I also had to pay additional money when I went to get it removed at a different salon.

They REUSE the same stick when waxing eyebrows which in case you didn’t know they should be changing it EVERYTIME they dip it into the wax. I can only imagine the pubic hair in that wax heater from other peoples waxes. EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC! I had to stop getting pedicures from them because my nails splitting from them filing too much even though I specifically ask for a soak off. Would not recommend this place.

I used to go to this salon regularly but had to take a break. I really loved the work they did. It was the only nail salon that ever did my nails the way I like. So when it was my birthday last week I decided to get my nails done. The lady rushed through my nails because and appointment she had showed up late. I thought it was fine but within 4 days I had broken 2 nails. And now a week later I have lost another two nails. I was scratching my head lightly and they popped off. And now the cuticles on my right hand look calloused and rough. I luckily got some recommendations from friends so will never have to come back here.

I ask for hot pink color manicure and pedicure, I ask if they do have time since I walk in. Yes we do. Great nobody told me the price. My services was rushed, the lady scraped my toes polish because the lamp failed on my foot but she left it as is without fixing. I got home and in couple hours the polish lost the color what I find ridiculous paid $93 and I'm not happy with the service and resoults, I'm not going often but when I go to spa I like for my nails last more than one day..not recommending this place.
