Lovely Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming here for years so that’s why I’m kind of upset, I feel like overtime they’ve gotten greedy and lazy. Today at my pedicure I greeted the woman, no response. The hose malfunctioned and soaked my entire chair in 50° weather and I was NOT offered a discount or anything. I sat on a wet chair and soaked pants for the remainder of my appointment. In addition, the woman just began doing white tips on my toes when she had never even asked me what color I wanted? I wasn’t planning on getting white tips. As well, she grabbed and handled my legs and feet forcefully instead of letting me move on my own and or guiding me, which resulted in her chipping my own toenail on the gel lamp. Overall negative experience, currently looking for better salons in the Fresno area.

I just wanna be honest don’t waste your time and your money going to this place. This was my first time being there and it’s gonna be my last time and I just went because of the 4.2 stars reviews thinking that it will be a good place. It seems that these people don’t care to do a good job they just care about the money, so sad. I was telling the guy that I went to other places and they did a horrible job and he ended doing the same thing. It feels that I just threw $55 to the garbage.

Best pedicure of my life. Gel nail polish removal, toenails trimmed, shaped, dead skin removed, massage, paraffin wax treatment, and new gel polish applied all for $35. I will be making this my regular spa. The picture is of my feet 1 1/2 weeks later, even after dry camping this weekend in the Sierra's. There's a small chip on my 3 toe on the right foot only because I am clumsy and bang myself into lots of things. I'm very pleased with lovely nails & spa.

First time in this nail salon and I gotta say they’re fair. Did a walk in, and the guy there got to work. He did my nails right away. He actually did a great job!! Not bad for first time there. Plus the price was fair.

They did such a great job! They took their time and gave me a great quality gel pedicure for a terrific price. It's been a while since I had received a pedicure and it felt so so so good to leave with smooth feet. I felt like a new person. I will definitely be back.
