Lovely Nails & Spa

They were able to seat me immediately which was a plus but I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I wanted a full set in a coffin shape and even showed her a picture but they still did not turn out how I wanted. They were extremely thick and look terrible. The color did come out pretty though. Update...they "fixed" my nails. The color wasn't consistent and he literally refused to cut the nails down so I'd just recommend staying away from here. 0/10.

July 3, 2020. I recieved a full set and spa pedicure. July 8, 2020. All my nails are lifting. It's only been 5 days. And they actually started lifting about 3 days I've had full sets countless times. I was searching for a new nail/ spa salon, but I'm not sure this one is a good match for me. - My nails are uneven. Thick acrylic in some spots thin in others - Tips are too far down for a french tipfu Do you think this business will offer me a redo for the money that I've spent? I've actually been frustrated since I received my service, just figured I'd do everyone a favor and share my experience. Ive posted pictures and my receipts below. Many people like to argue with the customers and say we don't want to pay. Here's the receipt.

Got my kids nails done. Great environment, nice people. Decent price for what was done. No complaints

Place was dirty. Man that did my manicure did terrible job. Cut me twice on same finger, didn't put anything on it. I saw later that it had bled and he used a buffer on it. I know that buffer will be used on someone else! When I left I had to file my nails to get all the burrs off the ends. He used a heavy duty file and ran it across the top of my nails. You can see it in the picture. HORRIBLE place!

I loved the lovely nail spa they have great customer service and I will be coming back
