Lovely Nails

I just had the worst experience ever they lack professionalism and accountability. The man who started my nails, not only did he have his wired headphone in. He was popping his gum and proceeded to apply the worst nail application I’ve ever seen in my life. I proceeded to let him know that the nails were all uneven. They were lumpy, and they lacked the Apex. I informed him that it needed to be more acrylic applied to the nails in order for them to be sustainable. He proceeded to catch an extreme attitude, said he would not continue with the service And started cutting my nails off I let him know. This was unacceptable, and that he should be able to take constructive criticism. The manager on site proceeded to choose to stay silent It not handle the situation Upon inspection of this worker’

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET PROFESSIONAL I INDIVIDUAL LASHES OUT!!! They DO NOT use the correct product and she literally ripped out my lashes with water, alcohol and tweezers!! My eyes STILL hurt. This is the first time i have had them removed and I knew something wasn’t right. I was clenching the chair it hurt so bad. I looked it up when i got home and that is NOT how you remove those lashes. I have like zero lashes now and she didn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me! They do good eyebrows here BUT def would NEVER get lashes removed there!!!
