Loving Nails & Spa

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I booked a full set of short, round/oval acrylic nails with a simple cream color and smiley face accents. I came prepared with multiple photo references and told the nail tech FIVE TIMES that I wanted them short (before and during the process). Despite that, she gave me medium-length nails that are bulky, uneven, and uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in, it felt off. The staff seemed surprised I had an appointment, and the tech acted like she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t rushed, just clearly uninterested. As soon as she started shaping the nails, I could tell it was going wrong. I love going to Ann for my pedicures…she is amazing! And Sam is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had for my nails! Love this place, it’s like a family. Very welcoming! Best place in town. They were so kind and stayed late so I could have them done before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Sam and Ann!!

If I could give ZERO starts I would. I gave her several references photos and told her everything I wanted. She assured me she understood. She also tried to trick me and she didn't apply tips to 4 of my nails claiming my nails were long enough. I wanted a medium length full set so I needed tops on all the nails. Every nail is shaped incorrectly. All the nails are the wrong length. Every time I tried to address it during the service she waved my hand away to shut me up. She told me to put my nails in the lamp so I wouldn't notice the bad work after I washed my hands. She tried to rush the top coat on my nails to avoid addressing my dissatisfaction with the shape. I’ve been meaning to take time out to put a review. Love everyone here but Amy is my girl. I’m so picky with my nails and we do so many styles and shapes and she just knows how to do my nails perfectly. Pedicures are also amazing! My husband comes with me sometimes and he sees Lin who’s also amazing with how detailed she is. I have to say this is the only place where you never feel rushed!!

They were able to get me in the day I called and did a beautiful job on my nails!
