I’ve been going to Lacey now for about three years, and I love the cut and color she does for me. The staff is friendly and the salon has a nice relaxed vibe.

Terrible 1 hour wait for 1st consultation with Eddie --and color was wrong after extensive discussion and pictures. I Came back the next day and was told by owner Eddie- he sees the brass color and would fix it. He would call me after his appointment. No call for days. I TRIED SEVERAL MORE TIMES to contact. obviously not professional - great sales pitch -but no follow through. When the owner works on you, messes your hair up, then after ,promising he would make it right doesn't- Don't expect the truth from this salon.! Take the money and go to a professional that knows how to keep their word.

We went to see Lacey today and she far exceeded our expectations!!!! My daughter has super thick hair, and Lacey did long layers and curtain bangs. My daughter left over the moon excited about her hair! Love love love Lacey’s work!!! Cannot recommend her enough! Booked an appointment with her for myself and we will be back!!!

Kaylee is awesome! She did an amazing job. My hair looks great, but more importantly, she helped me figure out a health Issue that I’ve had for eight months. After great conversation, I followed her advice and bought a water softener shower head, my hair and skin look better than ever. She was able to help me with a problem that even my dermatologist couldn’t figure out. Love you Kaylee! thank you thank you thank you. You’re the best!

After reading the reviews I decided to go ahead and give Lox Salon a try. Yesterday I called them for an appointment and they were kind enough to fit me right in. Ericka took the time to visit with me and together we could figure out exactly what I wanted. She did highlights and a completely different haircut than I had. Ericka was kind and friendly and took the time to create a whole new look for me. I am so pleased with the results. It’s so hard to move to a new town and find a hairdresser that you can trust and I was fortunate to find Lox Salon and Ericka. Thank you for fitting me in and doing such a great job!! BTW. The salon is beautiful and a killer location! Beverly Daniel
