L'POSH NAIL SPA

First of all it takes a lot for me to write a bad review but unfortunately I am left no choice but to do so . I get my nail done only few times a year and when I do so I am always exited and looking forward to getting them done and looking pretty. Service was done super quick almost rushing . Nails are not shaped the same and they are not looking as clean and even as they should. When she was done she said ohh it’s pretty but I was never asked if I was happy as a costumer . And I am also a very big on tipping but if your going to rush and let me leave unhappy I will not tip more then 15% . The bill came out to be $250 which I wasn’t concern about how much I was paying I just wanted my nails pretty . And they are Ugly . My fingers look cricket of how un even the shape is . I don’t want

First time here. The gentleman who did my daughter’s nails took his time, was gentle and did a great job. It was a special birthday gift for her so she got tips and designs and she loves them! I had a pedicure and they did a great job with that too. Pic of her nails is uploaded as well.

Great place, staff was very welcoming! The Lady that did my nails was also the Lady that took my phone call in advance as I was new to the area (just passing through). She was very detailed and did an awesome job on my nail overlay!!! However my Pedi started out GREAT!! But another client came in & the tech not only started to rush my service she just stopped in the middle of my service without saying anything to me!! To go do the other client and a younger girl came out and finished me off and did not do a good job at allllll painting my nails as the color came off 2 of my your nails in the shower literally 1hr after my service and I noticed that 1 off my nails was only half painted with 1 coat base, 1 coat color, & 1 coat top coat🤦🏾‍♀️. If I'm ever in town again I will def stop in but

The most beautiful Salon I’ve ever been in! Of course great work too!! Not to mention they have a full Bar, tons of pedicures chairs, they even do lashes! Beautiful chandlers and lots of TV’s. Tough location being next to such a busy chick fi la but at least you can walk to chick fi la once your done here! 😂

I give this place a one star because they were very unclear with their pricing and also being blindsided with extra pricing at the end paying at the frontdesk. They were also very rushed for no reason, (there was no one else coming in and only three customers in the business at the time and it was mid day , hence, no where close to closing time). Asked for short french tip nails, and the white tip ended up being uneven on almost every nail and nails being longer than each matching finger. Beautiful interior and appealing place, but will not be coming again for not taking their time and being precise with nail details for their customers.
