Took forever! I was in there for 45 minutes only for eyebrows and still didn’t get them waxed. When I first walked in she asked what I needed and I told her. Not to mention she did somebody else’s eyebrows when I asked for that same service and had been sitting there for a good 45 minutes. If 0 stars were possible that’s what I’d give.

Great service. Kind staff & reasonable prices. Enjoyed getting my pedicure & also the massage chair is great. They gave me a really nice thank you gift too!

To me it's one of the best nail salon in Columbus. I'm from California and I don't care what designs I ask Ryan to do he has no problem in doing so. Trust I am over the top. Everyone is very friendly. Note they do stay busy so I suggest you be there by 8:30am

Walked in around 10 and sat there approximately 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Ryan asked me what I needed and I told him. In a shop full of nothing but African American women he proceeded to tell scream across the room to me that I was too picky and he wasn't doing my nails. Baby....... I had to gather myself. My visit prior ...... I asked for a manicure (refused to do it) the polish he used on my nails was old and lumpy the day he used it and I asked him to change the color but he insisted it would be ok. It chipped the day after and I went back to have a repair done and even offered to pay. The audacity of him..... had I been anyone else!! Always heard them be rude to others. Guess today was just my day.
