LT Nails

So I went in there to get my refund and a soak off after they told me to come in after they said they would do that then when I got in there I was greeted by them mad dogging me and my mother ( I’m a minor) and refused a soak off and told me to go have someone else do it thank god my mom use to be a nail tech so now I’ve spent 3 hours trying to get them off because she made them so thick and after my appointment I noticed she scratched me all over my hands and they where already starting to lift. Every worker there is rude and should be ashamed of themselves there Salon is dirty and it has such a bad smell! I know the reason she wouldn’t soak them off is because she knew how bad she messed them up!!!!. So now I’m left like this before Valentine’s Day. PS. Don’t do nails if you’re gonna

I came in for acrylics. The lady did a great job. The best part was no acrylic buildup under the nail. I then came another time for a pedicure. My first one ever. She did a wonderful job! I recommend this salon to others I had a great experience.

Getting my pedicure here was to level of what I could do at home, which made me super sad and frustrated. I ended up going elsewhere to get that fix and also had removal of my acrylic due to not being what I wanted and asking multiple times if they could do it painted gel French tips and they said yes, but they did not and didn’t have a chance to say no to the white tip extensions as I was already uncomfortable about complaining which I guess is on me. They were also way too short than I wanted and uneven, I ended up having to pay $95, didn’t tip. Never again cheating on a nail tech. I could have gone to Walmart and bought the kiss nail kit to get the same quality. Also when the removal acrylic was done I had a bad reaction to LT nails acrylic ( never have I ever had that happen in the 15

Annie did my nails-regular manicure, no acrylics, after a gentleman prepped them and gave a short hand massage. Results were pretty! I came in with a vague thought of wanting blue nails with white clouds, maybe a springtime vibe, and I asked her to do whatever she would like- she asked if id like daisies as well, and i said yes. I love how it turned out! I am coming back in a couple weeks for a full set. :)

The service was fantastic, and very affordable! I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed and the technician did a fabulous job on my nails!
