Lucia Lash and Brow Brooklyn

First time at Lucia Lash and Brow Brooklyn, but had been going to Lucia Lash in Philadelphia and loved the experience. I had an excellent lash tech for brow lamination and lash lift (Nanako) who did an amazing job on my stubborn Asian lashes and brows!

I got a lash lift/tint and brow lamination/tint with hikari. It was my first time getting these treatments! Hikari did a great job making sure I was comfortable for the entire appointment, and explained the options for the lash lift in detail. My only note is that I wished we had talked about the brow shape a bit more before we began the process. She assured me that we could change the shape during the process and she was very accommodating to changes that I requested, but since it was my first time I think it might have been easier if we discussed the options ahead of time!

Great service with Shia! Got my eyebrows laminated for the first time and I love them. She took her time and explained everything to me throughout the process to make sure I liked them!

i had my first brow lamination EVER with shiho and it was fantastic!! she explained the products she was using, checked in with me about the shape, made sure i was doing okay throughout, and even recommended me a nice restaurant to try for my birthday next week. great service, great charisma, and i'm already so excited for my next appointment!
