Rude, rude, rude. The hairstylists are extremely rude and not helpful. Maybe it was bc I'm an AA, I noticed woman who seemed to have an accent got treated better. When I came to get my hair done at this location, the female who washed my hair did not give me a deep conditioner like I asked. Then basically lied and said she did, like I don't know the difference, smh. I asked another hairstylist if she was a manager bc she was telling everyone what to do, her response was, "I look like a manager to you?" And that's when I knew I would never be back!!

Excellent weaves and wig units done. Nadine always slay my hair right! Love her! Mishoo is good too but she talks too much lol. The waiting is a turnoff. Do prepare yourself to wait even if you are first in line.

I walked in the store at 7:59pm apparently they close 8p.m.. all I needed was needle and thread. Instead of them serving me they proceeded to tell me that they was closed. I told them exactly what I needed. They told me that they dont have any. I have never seen or heard of ANY beauty supply store that runs out of needle and thread. I will continue to support feel good beauty! At least its clean I there unlike this place!

Not only do the stylists have bad customer service but they also are lazy there is no reason should a customer be in a salon for 7 hours close to 8. Never will I give my money to that business ever again lesson learn. Here is a tip customer service goes a long way!

My hair is always done nicely .. Sometimes they don't pay attention and can be loud but overall I've been going there since about 15 16 and my hair always looks beautiful
