I stopped by Lucky Beauty Supply recently and had a great experience overall. The store carries a solid variety of beauty products — from haircare and styling tools to cosmetics and accessories — so it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for without having to visit multiple places. The prices feel fair for the selection they offer, and they had some items that other local shops didn’t have in stock, which was a big win for me. They were vey courteous and willing to help when I asked. There is no pressure or hovering while you figure out what you need.

Having lived in this community for many years, my children and I have become well-known and familiar faces to our neighbors and local businesses, including yours. I frequently visit your store for hair supplies, as it serves our community, and I had always hoped for a positive and respectful shopping experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Honestly hate that this is the only beauty supply walking distance in my area. I’m a familiar face and still get treated like a random booster. They follow everyone around the store making it uncomfortable to shop. Today I asked the Asian lady at the register for an extra bag being that my purchase was a bit much and she flat out told me no. For a paper bag.. the energy in there is always so dull and dark. 0/10

Unfortunately I only go here because it's convenient, and in the neighborhood from my apartment. Customer service sucks! These folks are slick. The so called greeters don't greet you; however, once your looking for something they come and ask if you need help. Mind you, they only use this as a tactic to make sure you're not steeling. Damn shame, I need to start ordering my hair products from Black owned businesses online, and avoid this aggravation smdh.

This is my favorite neighborhood beauty supply store. They have everything I need and the staff is very helpful. I love that whenever I go there to try on a wig, they really do give me their honest opinion. This is what I value! This shows me that they are not out to just get money, but they really care about their customers and have their best interest in mind.
