Lucky Nail Salon & Spa Manchester

Took my daughter for a pedicure. They did a horrible job! Nail polish all over her skin missing paint on some nails. They should be embarrassed letting customers leave like this! Do not waste your time or money!

This place is horrible! The first guy who did my nails the pedicure was good but the shape square for some reason he could not do it. Then when he did my nails the shape was also back and the paint job was even worse!!! I haven’t had bad service like this in years but this I couldn’t see myself paying for and just sucking it up. I let someone know because they claimed the manager wasn’t there. The lady I spoke to offered me someone else to fix my nails. I sat with here and yes she shaped them better and repainted the sloppy paint job of the first guy, but I don’t know if there was something wrong with the right hand uv light but it wasn’t completely drying my nails. She tried to blame me as if I didn’t put my hand in far enough, so then repainted them again. I put my hand in again and she

First time going sorry I was not impressed at all left highly disappointed the nail tech didn’t do at all what I wanted brush off everything I told him and I was in constant pain he cut me really bad i don’t like to bash people work but don’t want someone to go through what I experienced if you go here dont go to Tony this is his work my inspo picture what I left with

If there was a 0 star that's what this would be. I went to treat myself to a dip manicure for Mother's Day. The male nail tech did a terrible job. Cut up all my fingers and left the dip so thick. When I confronted him about not being happy he made excuses. I have not treated myself to getting my nails done in so long and I'm highly disappointed with the results. He asked to do something else to them but I didn't even want to be touched anymore at that point. My daughters nails turned out great and my husbands too but mine sucked. They had the same female she was more professional but did not speak much. I will NEVER be back. I don't know how they are still in business.

I can't give this place any stars. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I went in for a gel fill. A week and a half later, gel was pulling off my nail. Along with the majority of my nails pulling at the cuticle. Went in for them to fix the problem after calling. Also, get a new polish and the man that did my nails. Removed all the nail polish and said I needed a fill. Mind you, my nails take about 6 weeks to need a fill. I left with my nails un done. And a fill. On top of the distraction, he charged me $10.00 for taking the nails polish and left my nails looking like I needed a fill and lumpy and scratchedup. Save yourself the hazels and your money. DO NOT GO TO LUCKY NAILS.
