Lucky Nail Salon

I’ve can here twice and both times my nail were not what I asked for. I ask them to make them thin and coffin shaped I also showed the male nail tech (the one who did my nails) a picture of how I wanted them and my nails do not look like the picture. I also asked for gel polish and then the day after I got them done they started peeling and the had little small air bubbles in them that I didn’t see until after I had left the shop. The orange nails are the ones I showed him; I wanted the like this but black with the expectation of I didn’t want the ring finger, they black is what I got, the last two pictures are my nails after the started peeling not even 24 hours later.

I asked for a almond shape w gel and the lady that did them did them chunky, made fun of my nail beds, and was very rude and unprofessional when I explained I was unhappy with my nails 2 DAYS AFTER. she told me I was out my mind if I thought she would redo them for free. and that they are chunky because of my nail beds

I had my acrylic nails filled in a week ago, and less then a week later multiple nails are ripping off with ease when usually my nails last 2-3 weeks before any lifting

I love it. I have been going there for over 5 years.

Just got a pedicure. Place is uninviting…whole aura seems dreadful.. getting your nails done is supposed to be peaceful. Even the employee seems uninterested, bored, not wanting to be bothered. Should’ve left as soon as I got there.. there was a woman walking out who was dissatisfied in her own service and they just seemed so nonchalant about it. Never coming back to this place. 2 stars because the owner (I’m assuming) tried her best to fix clean up after the guy who initially did my nails.. which I can respect but yea never again.
