Lucky Nails

I have been a lucky member since 2016 and they do the most! From making sure you are hydrated and have a welcoming massage with the best care down to your favorite! I love being part of their family!

I previously went to lucky nails and had a good experience. However, my most recent visit I had the chrome nails done. The lady who did them was rough pulling my hands and rushed the entire process not speaking a word to me. She had a visible attitude and would get me and my friends attention with a rude “hey” instead of “mam”. She left residue all around my nails that I had to scrub off myself that night. As I was trying to get some of the residue off the chrome layer on my thumb nail chipped, that SAME night I got them done, the top of that nail was also chipping. I went back the next day and told them and they “fixed it”. I had a different lady who didn’t reapply the chrome layer evenly, missing a big spot at the bottom, making me almost rather the chip that the two toned reds… I also

Received a pedicure from here because I was in a rush and on Jefferson side of town. I have not been here in about 2yrs. Do not let that old lady with the glasses do your feet!! She is too damn rough and she rushes your pedicure!! She don't massage your feet and calves good either. Last time she was rough also!! Mind you, there are only 3 customers in here, so why are you rushing damnit!!! I had to tell her to slow down twice!! I'll just continue to stick with Venetian Nails.

I went into Lucky Nails today for a basic manicure with gel polish over my natural nails. I’m currently taking a break from acrylics and just want to allow my natural nails to heal. The problem started while my hands were soaking. The nail tech grabbed tools from the UV light and set them on the table in the little paper sleeve. Right away, I noticed the packet looked worn and was not sealed. That was a red flag. After she finished my manicure, I intentionally watched what she did with the tools. She walked to the back, appeared to look busy, but she never turned on any water and never set the utensils down to actually wash or sanitize them. First few times was nice but that third time. When I ask for my nail to be polished a different way they complained as if it was their nails. She said it did look good. But I like it and so didn't others cause it was me.
