The first star was it was open on a Sunday. Second star was there was no wait. Third star was I got my eye brows done perfectly. Fourth star was it was clean. Finally the fifth star was the customer service and personal intentional conversation about was I wanted was superb! Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!

I went to Lucky Nails for a basic pedicure and deliberately asked for a price list before starting so I could clearly choose the basic option. I was finally given the price list, and I specifically confirmed the basic pedicure. When it was time to pay, the tech tried to charge me $50 and claimed I had agreed to a different service, which I absolutely did not. After disputing it, I still ended up paying $45 for what should have been a basic pedicure. The experience felt dishonest and left me with the impression that this business uses misleading pricing tactics. I will not be returning.

I came in asked for the regular basic pedicure. Then was charged for the gel and that’s not what i asked for. It’s very inconvenient when you're on a budget. I did not appreciate that at all and it was the younger asian man there. Never coming back. Felt like I was scammed out my money because I clearly pointed to the basic pedicure.
