Lucky Nails II

We requested what was in the first photo and the person doing the nails refused to correct it after it was done. It wasn’t done symmetrically at all. He applied it too thick as well when we asked for a thin and neat coat. I would’ve appreciated if he had fixed it but he straight up told us no he wouldn’t.

I usually love this place because the prices are great and I like to get something simple, just one color and done. But this time I asked for a design or just something simple like glitter and they look at me crazy which was already a red flag. So I can't come back here anymore beacause they aren't that skilled in current or popular designs. I literally could've done this at home.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I usually go here to get my lashes done and I never have a problem because the same lady always does them just how I like them done But today another lady did them and I expressed to her in a nice way that I wasn’t satisfied with how they look and could she please bring the lady who usually does them over to fix them 😒 this woman decided to snatch the lashes off and said that they wouldn’t fix them for me smh I asked her what is the issue I’m paying for a service and I just want it to be done right she told me she wasn’t doing them anymore and then started ignoring me so I just left and ended up having to go somewhere else. If someone is paying you for a service why wouldn’t you want to do what they asked for and deliberately be rude for no reas

I've finally found a nail salon where the person listens and does exactly what I ask for. Jay does both my nails and toes and I've NEVER had a complaint from him. He takes his time and every time I get my nails and toes done, I receive compliments. Jay, I want to say THANK YOU for servicing me for the past two years!
