Lucky Nails

I was charged for something I didn't ask for and my nails did not turn out the way I wanted them to even after I mentioned my concerns. I wanted french tips with no design. After adding length to my nails she grabbed a pink polygel and started applying it. I commented on how I think it might be too pink and how I wanted more of a lighter tone. She told me by the time we were done filing it would lighten up. That did not happen. My nails are too pink for my liking. When it came to paying she charged me an extra $10 for the polygel. I DID NOT ask her to use the polygel. For her to automatically use it and not inform me on the extra cost is ridiculous. I have given Lucky Nail a couple of visits and each time I was leaving disappointed. First issue is you can make an appointment with a specific tech but twice I was told they were unavailable because they have a different client. Second issue is the shape of the nail is usually very good but the paint job is bad. By bad I mean lumpy and some spots look like they need another coat. This last time I came I left with bumps because there is dust in the gel polish. I also asked for the thickness of the French tips to be thinner and they are still very thick. I got my nails done here last weekend & within a couple days they chipped & peeled on several nails & my middle finger is about to break off. Hasn’t even been a full week.

I go here every month and they do an amazing job! Pedicures are always great and I just love what a great job they do!

The sweet little lady claimed I had a hang nail that had to go, I told her multiple times it hurt. But she kept digging, after pain for a day I picked off the Polish to find the hole she left in my toe. Will never go back.
