Lucky Seven Nails Spa

The accounts leaving 5 star reviews on this page are fake. I went to this salon specifically because of the photos I found that they were posting as their work, which is false. I wanted to splurge and get my nails done for my birthday yesterday and I ended up with this monstrosity. I was charged $85 for this chop job and as he was doing them he kept saying he would fix the imperfections as he went but he never did. The rhinestones started falling off within an hour of leaving. I messaged their page on Facebook but they read it and never responded. I’m going to have to dispute the charges or something because I doubt they will give me a refund if they aren’t professional at all. I feel like there is no way the guy who did my nails is licensed, I’m going to find out.

I really don’t understand why this place has such good reviews, my experience was a bit of a let down. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure that felt extremely rushed. I’m not one to speak up when I don’t like something but I felt it was necessary here. They didn’t even allow the coats to dry before applying more, leaving a messy big toe. Then my gel manicure was also messy and parts remained unpainted. Luckily I did ask to fix the toe and the unpainted portions and they had no problem with it. But to me, it’s not worth the money and felt like a rip off. I went around 5:30 and maybe that was too close to closing? But regardless, do not waste your time with this place. UPDATE: I added another picture of the “fixed toe”. Unacceptable.

The staff was great, very friendly! I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted my nails and she replicated it exactly.

I’m just going to let my nails do the talking. This was my wedding manicure. I chose acceptance, but, I’ll never go back.

The nail technician is very professional. They do nails very meticulously and always receive positive feedback from many people who come here to get their nails done. I came here to get my nails done and got the nails I wanted, very beautiful and attractive.
